US316 TA machine cuts awning pieces. The calculation is automatic and offers up to 4 different ways of fabric composition taking into account material consumption and waste minimization.

The machine cuts longitudinally with ultrasonic technology. The transversal cut can be achieved both with ultrasound and with a motorized rotary blade. It is possible to use up to 2 longitudinal cutting heads to optimize time or material consumption.

The machine can be equipped with an integrated warehouse under the working surface containing up to 100 reels.

The management of both the warehouse and cuts is entrusted to the software system present on the machine.

US 316 TA has an opening mouth that allows the use of coils up to 1600mm in height.
